Your Isshinryu training will include the most up to date methods known for achieving total fitness and self-defense capabilities within a well organized, progressive, non-competitive format. You don't need to be "in shape" or know anything about the martial arts to get started. The best time is now to begin making confidence, fitness, and self-defense part of your life. Karate provides a healthy break from routines of home, school, or the office.

Special Needs Class
Pro Karate Center has made remarkable progress with children who are mentally
and/or physically challenged.
Pro Karate Center is prepared to teach children with special needs including ADHD, ADD, AUTISM, Cerebral Palsy and those who just need extra encouragement to help them get back on the right track.
