About Pro Karate Center Inside Pro Karate Center
 Pro Karate Center has been providing professional instruction in the Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Ozona, East Lake, Tarpon Springs and Clearwater area since 1975. Our instructors are dedicated to passing along skills, enthusiasm, and confidence to each and every student. We feel our programs are the best the area has to offer featuring well-organized classes for children, teens, and adults. Pro Karate Center is a sound business and a program our students are proud of.
Pro Karate Center was established to promote good mental health, physical fitness, and self-defense through the Okinawan style of karate, Isshinryu. Isshinryu's main objective is the perfection of oneself through both mental and physical development. As students learn the art of self-defense, they aquire self-confidence, humility, and the ability to concentrate. Isshinryu combines a well-rounded exercise program with important advantages over other styles.
Headed by Dean Lavas and a staff of expert instructors and managers, including Gary Repetti, Nathan McKnight, Desiree McNight. Pro Karate Center offers a number of programs for physical fitness and instruction in Karate.
